Marshall Fairbanks is a true people's dj. He has been entertaining at top clubs and even celebrity events in the NYC metro area since 1983. His music collection contains thousands of titles from Sinatra to Madonna and he tailors each party to his clients tastes.
Marshall Fairbanks, a self-taught DJ, first stepped behind two turntables and a mixer in 1983, spinning at house parties and school functions with a friend. He attained a B/A in broadcasting at Susquehanna Univ. PA, in 1990. After graduation while working in the tv industry in NYC and djing at small bars and clubs in N.J. he met Lenny Haley of the world-famous China Club in NYC. He became the resident there in the early 90s Wed-Fri. He has spun clubs from NY to Miami and celebrity events including Chubby Checker's 50th birthday.
